• Organizational Readiness. We assess infrastructure and identify funder-facing gaps that limit funding success including contributed revenue approaches, governance and board engagement, and program clarity.

• Resource Development Strategy. We work with leaders to address program priorities and capacity to successfully manage funding including program design, donor, funder, and grant alignment, and growth planning.

• Funding Implementation Support. We use targeted strategies to align fundraising initiatives with funders’ goals and organizational priorities.
